Event Information
|
We need you to walk because:
»It costs about $45,000 to breed, raise, train and match a Guiding Eyes dog with its blind or visually impaired handler.
»Guiding Eyes does not charge its blind students anything for its services.
»There are hundreds of volunteers who help us by raising our puppies in their homes. | If you’ve ever loved an animal, you understand the special bonds linking Guiding Eyes blind graduates and their dogs. We make a lifetime pact with our students, promising them that Guiding Eyes will be there for them whenever they need assistance, guidance, or support.
